Allows you to filter chat messages and commands using regular expressions.

A player on my server found that you can use colours in your chat messages and commands if you use the §-symbol together with a number (0-9) or letter (a-f). The most annoying thing with this is that you can use "k" to create rapidly changing letters. This bug seems to be fixed in the later versions of Minecraft (probably since 1.2).
