Description
This mod is discontinued, but its content might come back in my other mods in the future.
This mod requires Cuneiform!
Redshift is a WIP mod focusing on unique redstone components and devices.
Current content:
Wrench: a tool that can be used to rotate various blocks such as stairs, banners, chests and so on. It can be used by dispensers in the same fashion.
In addition, wrenches are used to configure some devices from Redshift (see below)!
Redstone Delayer: functions like a repeater, but has 5x longer delay. Crafted with polished blackstone instead of regular stone.
Ender Monitor: a powerful device that allows for remote monitoring of blocks.
- To bind an ender monitor to a block, right click it with a wrench and then right click another block. There is a range limit of 16 blocks, and monitors can't be bound to each other.
- When a monitor is bound to a block, it gives the same comparator output as the target.
- Additionally, you can attach an observer to detect updates of the target block!
Particle Block: generates some particles in the air when given an impulse.
- Can be placed directionally.
- Particles spawn 1-4 blocks away from the block, distance can be configured by right clicking.
- Works similarly to vanilla note blocks: the block behind it determines the particles generated.
Prismarine/Dark Prismarine - bubbles
Netherrack - flame
Soul Soil - soul flame
Soul Sand - souls
Obsidian - explosion
Hay Bale - hearts
Bookshelf - enchantment symbols
Emerald/Gold Block - happy villager
Pumpkin - angry villager
Coal Block - smoke
Any other block - critical hit particles
