The recycling bin mod adds one new block, the Recyling Bin! Throw items in by right-clicking or using a hopper, and it will turn them in experience. Right-click with an empty bottle or bucket, or toss them in with a hopper, and you'll get a bottle of experience back. Don't throw things away, recycle them!
