I have currently added 1 dimension (uses items and blocks accessible only in creative mode), a gem much more powerful than Netherite ore called Th. A pseudo-boss mob only accessible through the dimension or through creative, some blocks (mostly meme blocks such as Debug Block, Block of Yummer, and Peterite), a painting of Peter Griffin from hit show Family Guy, a new music disc, and a feasible way to get health boost (albeit health boost 2). I hope you have fun! :D (there's also an advancement for harming the pseudo-boss mob)
