Commands

• /mha <target> level <number> sets quirk level
• /mha <target> health <number> sets health stat
• /mha <target> strength <number> sets strength stat
• /mha <target> max maxes all stats
• /mha <target> reset resets all stats
• /mha <target> quirk <quirk> sets current quirk
• /cooldownreset <target> resets all cooldowns
