Project Chucm
Introduction
I've always liked the mindcrack UHC videos and since me and my friends where playing it some times, I've decided to make a plugin to ease the creation and preparation of the map.
Goal
This plugin is meant to prepare and play a UHC game as was intended by the mindcrackers. Nothing more nothing less, so I'm sorry in advance that it's not as polished as you would expect.
Commands
The plugin commands are mostly only accessible to an op (not the server), these are the commands:
- /prep <borderLength>: (only possible to execute as op, not player or server) input the borderlength and you'll be teleported to the area where the borders will be generated
- /genborders: (only possible to execute as op, not player or server) after using /prep you'll be prompted to use /genborders. NOTE: because of the way that chunks are generated and me being lazy, you need to generate the chunks or regenerate them in order for the borders to be generated without holes (they only get generated at villages and small water/lava ponds)
- /teamup <numberOfTeams>: (only possible to execute as op, not player or server) distributes the players evenly in the amount of teams. NOTE: only between 2 and 16 teams possible (2 and 16 inclusive)
- /timer <minuteLength>: (only possible to execute as op, not player or server) standard the timer is set to 20 minutes, with this command you can change it to how many minutes you want. The timer will tell you every minuteLength of minutes, how many minutes have past since you've begun the game. NOTE: if you don't want a timer, put it tum 1440 (that's 24 hours) or more to make sure it won't disturb you
- /uhcsetup: (only possible to execute as op, not player or server) will spread people around the map
- /ready and /unready: (anyone can use this command) will let know if your team is or isn't ready to play uhc when every team is ready, a 5 second countdown starts and puts everyone in UHC mode. NOTE: once the countdown starts, there is no going back!
