Download the Ukrainiser .jar file.
Open Minecraft and go to Options > Resource Packs > Open Pack Folder.
Drop the downloaded .jar file into the folder.
Activate the pack in-game and make sure it sits above the base mod files in your active list.
Ensure your game language is set to Українська (Україна).
