Description

This mod adds permanent effects to players after they die, and allows them to clear these punishments through a costly purification table. There are commands available with the mod that allow players to change the grace period before they start to be applied, and allow the number of deaths needed to start getting the next tier of punishments (Tiers explained below, and commands listed at the bottom).

Purification Table:

Purification Table With Ingredients:

Purification Table after skull is used:

Purification Table Crafting Recipe:

The Purification Table requires you to right click 4 diamonds into the table FIRST, then right click 2 gold ingots into it, and lastly right click with a nether star and stay around the table to get rid of all effects and punishments.

If your amount of death punishments passes the tiers set qualification then you will start getting one of the random effects from that tier when you die on top of whatever existing effects you may have.

Default Tier Qualifications/Grace Period:

Grace Period = 3 (Which means on your 2nd death you start receiving tier 1 punishments)

Tier 1 = 3 (Which means your first 3 deaths after the grace period will give you a random punishment from tier 1)

Tier 2 = 6

Tier 3 = 9

Tier 4 = Any number higher than Tier 3

Tier 1 punishments include Death's Hunger and Death's Exhaustion.

Tier 2 punishments include Death's Weakness and Death's Fatigue

Tier 3 punishments include Death's Shadow and Death's Fever

Tier 4 punishments include Losing a heart and Death is Stalking

Death's Hunger is just a hunger effect that can get very severe if the potion effect gets high enough.

Death's Exhaustion is an effect that applies a slowness effect to the player every set amount of ticks depending on the potion level.

Death's Weakness is an effect that applies a weakness effect to the player every set amount of ticks depending on the potion level.

Death's Fatigue is an effect that applies a mining fatigue effect to the player every set amount of ticks depending on the potion level.

Death's Shadow is an effect that applies a blindness effect to the player every set amount of ticks depending on the potion level.

Death's Fever is an effect that applies a nausea effect to the player every set amount of ticks depending on the potion level.

Death is Stalking is an effect that sets the player to 1 heart every set amount of ticks depending on the potion level.

Losing too many hearts cannot kill your character or glitch it, it will stay at 1 heart at the least.

Commands:

/clearplayerdeathcounter

/clearplayerdeathpunishments

/setdeathgraceperiod (number of deaths before gaining punishments + add one to this number)

/settier1punishmentqualifications (number of punishments received from this tiers list of punishment)

/settier2punishmentqualifications

/settier3punishmentqualifications

/resetdeatheffects (clears the tick that your potions effect is on)
