Add a barrier-like invisible block that only stop player's movement. All other entities such as animals, monsters, or projectiles can pass through this block with no issue. This block can be waterlogged.
This can prove to be very useful for building minigame maps, where you need to block off player's access while keeping it look clean and allowing other entities to pass through.
Future plans: make the block appear while holding the item, similar to the vanilla barrier block.
