You start off in a spawn area and you can take 4 teleport pads which have different teams, red, blue, green, and yellow. Once you get up to the platform there is a spawner in the middle which you can edit for what you want, i have a basic pool already set up. On each platform there is a command block which wold give you a fishing rod to use on the Pokemon. World requires a version of Pixelmon reforged 1.12.2.
