Description
*This is in beta and currently does not have much content! More to be added!*
(If you have any feedback at all, please leave a comment. It really helps telling me what I am doing right/wrong)
Welcome to my first Minecraft mod.
The goal of this mod is to expand on combat by providing more weapons to use than just a sword. Currently, the mod only adds swords, knives, and greatswords, with more weapons to be added.
Also, this mod does add some ore gen, currently copper, tin, and my own custom ore, "Pebble ore". If you have another mod, say Thermal Foundation, you can disable related ore gen and basic swords (leaving any others the mod adds) in the config.
Remember to always check the change logs for things added/removed/changed!
Check here for any updates that I am currently/will be working on.
1.) Just a small update. With finals and everything around the corner I have not had much time to work on the mod. In addition, Idea has been a pain lately and refuses to save settings and keeps telling me to restart. I've looked around online for a couple of hours and no fixes work, I've reinstalled, reset folder permissions, etc. So until finals are over, or I find the answer to my problem, there will be very minimal work done on the mod.
2.) Finally got Idea to work, took uninstalling all java versions, deleting any instance of gradle, and reinstalling JDK 8 to fix it. Finals are still going on, so there still won't be too much done on the mod, but when they're done I'll get back on it.
I made this mod in IntelliJ Idea, using this guide from ShadowFacts. Textures were done by me in GIMP, using base Minecraft textures as guides.
For general feedback, please leave a comment. This is my first mod after all, any feedback is more than appreciated. If you have any general suggestions, leave them here, but if it is a specific suggestion, please leave it on the GitHub.
For bugs, errors, crashes, etc., please visit here. If submitting a crash report, please submit a link using Gist.
Modpacks:
If, once the mod is more complete, you wish to use it in a modpack, go for it, all I ask is that you leave a link back to this page.
