Makes some* of the items that are normally not obtainable in peaceful mode obtainable by adding them to the loot tables in some chests.
For example, blaze powder/rods can be found inside chests in nether fortresses or bastions.

Nether Star is also obtainable by smelting an absurd amount of glowstone. (around 3500 glowstone is needed for each star)
