Description

 

PancakeStuff is a Minecraft mod for version 1.12.2. It adds a huge amount of new blocks, items, mobs, and QOL features.

Most ideas for this immense mod are taken from the official MinecraftSuggestions Reddit.

 

 

To install this mod, you will need Forge 1.12.2, we recommend downloading the latest version.

To install Forge and load mods, follow this tutorial.

 

This mod was completely made by me, CasperThePancake, support me by visiting my

YouTube channel.

 

Some textures, sounds, and other resources are taken from external websites, they are credited at

the bottom of the description.

 

NOTES:

I am not updating this mod to other versions besides 1.12.2. It would simply be too much work to make everything function properly. I'm also not a god at programming.

 


 

Below is a full list of all current features in PancakeStuff, future features will be taken from this mod's comment section, as well as the MinecraftSuggestions Reddit as stated before.

Version 1.0

 

Display Ores

- Adds displayable versions of every ore, including new ores from PancakeStuff. These Display Ores can be crafted with one of the gems (Diamond, Emerald, Gold Ingot, ...) surrounded by 8 cobblestone. For Nether Quartz Ore, you use 8 netherrack instead of cobblestone. The Display Ores look exactly like the normal ores.
- These Display Ores cannot be reversed, meaning once they are crafted, you can't get your gems back.
- Mining the Display Ores drops the Display Ore, not the real ore.

More Food

  • Flour Bag: Can be crafted with 1 Wheat, used for multiple food crafting recipes like pancakes
  • Salt Block: Can replace water in all biomes, an average of 16 veins per chunk, and 5 blocks per vein. Salt blocks are mined with a shovel and drop 4 salt.
  • Salt: Used for multiple food crafting recipes; can be crafted back into Salt Block by placing 4 salt in a crafting table.
  • Butter: Used for multiple food crafting recipes, currently unobtainable in survival

 

New Commands

/gmsp - Changes your gamemode to Spectator

/gms - Changes your gamemode to Survival

/gmc - Changes your gamemode to Creative

/gma - Changes your gamemode to Adventure

Slimestone

Slimestone is something almost everyone wants in Minecraft. It's a variant of normal stone, but the slimes good all over them!

  • Slimestone: Spawns in every biome, av. 12 veins per chunk, 80 slimestone per vein
  • Polished Slimestone: Crafted with 4 slimestone in a square shape (gives 4 polished slimestone)
  • Slimestone Bricks: Crafted with 4 polished slimestone in a square shape (gives 4 slimestone bricks)
  • Smooth Slimestone: Smelt slimestone to get smooth slimestone (in a furnace)

 

Gunpowder Block

  • Gunpowder Blocks can be crafted with 9 gunpowder in a crafting table, you can get back your gunpowder by simply putting the gunpowder block in a crafting table for 9 gunpowder.

Version 1.1

 

Pancakes

  • Pancake batter can be crafted (in any shape) with 1 egg, 1 flour bag, 1 bucket of milk, 1 sugar, 1 butter and 1 salt.
  • Pancake batter can be 'cooked' in a furnace to obtain 1 pancake.
  • Upon consuming a pancake, the player receives an achievement

How to Install

Download Forge & Java

Download Forge from the offical Site or here. If you dont have Java installed then install it now from here. After Downloading Forge you can run the file with Java.

Prepare

Lounch Minecraft and select your Forge istallation as Version this will create a Folder called Mods.

Add Mods

Type Win+R and type %appdata% and open the .minecraft Folder. There will you find your Folder called Mods. Place all Mods you want to play in this Folder

Enjoy

You are now Ready. Re-start your Game and start Playing.
