This plugin is used to prevent players who only join to harass you about staff ranks!
Have you ever had those annoying players who just join your server and instantly ask if they can be oped or have staff rank? This plugin is aimed to reduce this! What I would usually do on my own server is to direct players to use the /oprequest command and explain that it will start a vote within the online players.
OpRequest will kick the player and broadcast that a player has just requested for op.
OpRequest has a built in chat listener that will pick up key words listed in the config file and use that on a basis to kick players who ask for op.
