ObserverModePlugin is a plugin that allows non-admin players to enter spectator mode. Applicable to Bukkit servers.

/ob - Enter spectator mode
/unob - Leave spectator mode
[Permissions]
observemode.use - Allows the use of this plugin
[Configuration file]
Control the duration of each spectator mode by modifying duration, and modify cooldown to control the cooldown time of using the ob command. This file is config.yml in the plugin directory.
