This plugin is an absolutely minimal collection of features which are used on my most frequently visited Minecraft server. Most of them are imitations of other plugins, but this way it's more resource efficient.
Writing [Lift Up] and [Lift Down] on a pair of signs separated vertically creates a teleportation system which can be used by right clicking each sign.
/lore: Add or edit the lore on the item held in the main hand
/name: Edit the display name of the held item
/nv: Toggles a permanent Night Vision potion effect
/sign: Edit the text of the sign the user is looking at
/slurp: Pick up all items and experience on a given radius
