Description
YANDO's NPC Variety
Because What’s a Village Without a Little Diversity?
Overview
Let’s face it, Minecraft’s villages can be a bit… bland. Every villager looks the same, and after a while, you start to wonder if they’re all just clones. Well, no more! YANDO's NPC Variety breathes new life into your villages by introducing a range of diverse appearances for your favorite (or least favorite) NPCs.
Imagine a world where villagers don’t all have the same pale skin tone and green eyes. With NPC Variety, you’ll encounter villagers with eight different skin tones, ranging from snow white to deep ebony, and five eye colors that’ll make even the most jaded player stop and admire. Now, your village might finally look like it’s filled with individuals rather than an army of clones.
This mod is perfect for anyone who’s ever wished their villagers had a bit more character—or for those who just want a little variety before setting up another iron farm.
Features:
- Eight Skin Tones: Villagers now come in a variety of skin tones, appropriate for the climate they spawn in, with some randomization to keep things interesting.
- Five Eye Colors: Green, blue, light blue, brown, and amber—no more monotone gazes!
- Sleep Animation: Villagers actually close their eyes when they sleep. It’s about time they get some proper rest.
- Genetic Traits: Villagers pass their skin tones and eye colors on to their offspring. Breeding just got a lot more interesting!
- Zombie Villager Variety: Even zombie villagers get a makeover with varied skin tones—though their eyes remain ominously red.
- Seamless Conversion: When curing a zombie villager, they’ll keep their original skin tone and eye color. No more bland uniformity!
Compatibility:
- Client and Server Requirements: This mod is required on both the client and the server side to work as intended.
