This mod is based on another mod I made, Draconic Drip (an addon for Draconic Evolution that gives a DSoP when you join a world). Gives a super OP multi-tool (indestructible tool that insta-mines any breakable block and deals a ridiculous amount of damage) to every player first joining a world. In this new mod, I'll give the players the ability to get another of these for very cheap.
