NoPhantom
Features:

Commands:
- /nophantom help -- shows the list of available commands; it requires the permission nophantom.help
- /nophantom status -- displays the status of the plugin, whether or not it is preventing phantom spawning; it requires the permission nophantom.status
- /nophantom toggle -- toggles on/off phantom spawning; it requires the permission nophantom.toggle
- /nophantom reload -- reloads the plugin; it requires the permission nophantom.reload
