This is a simple /kill <player> command. BUT! you can't /kill players that are op. So, if a op tries to /kill you, and if you are op too, you won't die.
/kill <player>
NoOpKill.kill for the kill command.
In the config.yml:

Es ist ein /kill Kommando, mit dem du nur Non-Ops killen kannst. Also wenn jemand, der Op-Rechte hat, dich versucht zu killen, mit dem Befehl, dann wirst du nicht gekillt, aber nur, wenn du auch Op-Rechte hast.
