This prevents all players who aren't in creative mode from dropping items in their inventory, as it will just addd them back to the inventory without actually dropping anything. There might be bugs. It won't do anything to stop them from using chests or other methods. This is intended to be used for packs or maps that need it. If I feel like it I might add some commands.
