Water in the Nether is no more

FEATURES:

When entering the nether:

• All potions, throwable potions, and lingering potions become empty bottles
• Prevents the player from having snow, ice, powdered snow and water buckets in the nether
• The regular water bucket becomes a bucket upon entering the nether
• A bucket with a fish inside will deposit that fish in the nether after being emptied
• All changes are made INSTANTLY upon entering the nether

Future features:

• Making ice and snow that's placed in the nether disappear
• Making water in cauldrons in the nether evaporate
