OUTDATED, USE NEAT BY VAZKII
Someone updated the original Neat mod to 1.14, and obviously that's way better than my crude healthbar (which is not even a bar, just text).
Nifty is a 1.14 mod by Panno, which adds a health display over mobs. Config and more features are coming soon.
