The Basics

Farm Slot

 

This is where all begins. It works like a trap cage. In order to work, you have to put in on the floor and make an animal to walk above it.

 

You can have farms for chickens, cows, sheeps, pigs, mooshrooms, llamas, rabbits and polar bears.

 

Crowbar

 

If you want to free an animal from its cage, just right click it with this crowbar.

 

How It Works

The Farm GUI

 

The loot generated by the mob is random and it will be shown on this screen. This is not stackable, so in order to generate more loot, you have to pick up the current one. If you want to make all of this automatic, you have to use hoppers, they will do the trick and all the loot will be stacked in chests.

 

Farms Are Stackable

You can make a tower with up to 64 farms of the same animal. Don't worry, you don't need to link a hopper with each one: you only have to work with the bottom farm to collect all the loot. All the mod functionalities are going to work with this bottom farm, the others just work as multipliers. So, if you want to, for example, dye a sheep farm with an specific color, you have to use the bottom one.

 

Special Features

Getting Milk and Mushroom Stew

You can get milk if you right click a cow farm with a bucket and mushroom stew on a mooshroom farm with a bowl.

 

Oven: Cooked Loots

 

You can have cooked meal from all the animals if you install an oven next to the farm. You can put it on the left, right, behind or in front of the farm. If you put the oven above or below, it won't work. Also, if you have stacked farms, just work with the bottom farm.

 

Color Machines

 

It works like the ovens: just put it next to a farm to get colored loots. The color machines dyes the wool from the sheeps and the carpets from the llamas. You can craft them with any of the minecraft colors.
