NamedBy is a plugin that shows who named an item. When a player (re-)names an item in an anvil, his name will be shown in the item's description. This plugin has no config, permissions or commands.
MCStats collects data such as which bukkit or NamedBy version you are running. You can find more info here: http://mcstats.org/learn-more/. Do you want to opt-out? Go to the PluginMetrics folder. In the config.yml there set opt-out to true.
