Friend is a psychological horror mod for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 focused on stalking behavior, environmental fear and adaptive AI.
Unlike traditional dweller-style horror mods, Friend is designed around tension and paranoia instead of constant chase spam. The entity watches the player from a distance, hides inside cave systems, performs dynamic peek events and slowly becomes more aggressive over time.
The goal of the mod is to make the player feel constantly observed rather than repeatedly attacked.

Friend reacts to the player's behavior, movement patterns and surroundings. It can observe the player silently, appear in the distance, hide behind cave corners or create pressure through environmental events.
