I suggest using JEI for these recipes will make your life a lot easier :P

This is my first mod I have made so bare with me, This mod was made more for the mod pack I am making but could be used in any mod pack that was needing extra spice up in recipes or maybe just add to a vanilla pack since all things are vanilla in the recipes and smelting, I would be glad to take suggestions on adding more things to this I can't promise things will be added but be glad to take a look at them!!

make oak planks into spruce planks and keep going to make any vanilla plank you need!

Flesh to Leather

Poison Potatoes burn into regular Potatoe then needs cooked again for cooked potatoe

have extra doors laying around they burn in the furnace fast but they burn :)
