Adds 6 new discs using music from fan-made concepts and their crafting recipes and also adds crafting recipes for the vanilla discs.
To craft most of these discs, you need to put a certain arrangement of wool around a custom disc element (crafted with 4 iron, surrounding a noteblock), but you also have some interesting crafts.
This mod also changes the jukebox craft to use the custom disc element instead of a diamond.
