Mob Lassos adds some neat utilities when moving mobs: Now you can simply craft a lasso to transport most mobs elsewhere in your inventory! No leads or animal food required!
▶️ Transport mobs with lassos. But be quick! Mobs will escape after some time!
▶️ The golden lasso can capture all land animals.
▶️ The aquatic lasso can capture all water animals.
▶️ The diamond lasso can capture all animals and does not have a timer.
▶️ The emerald lasso can only capture villagers, but not every villager wants to be captured! Make sure they accept a contract first, but not every villager will do.
▶️ A hostile lasso can capture hostile mobs, but there is a catch! Any capture monster must be below 50% health and will continuously bite you while carrying the lasso. Be careful!
▶️ Rename the captured mob by applying a new name to the lasso in an anvil.
▶️ Enchanting a lasso with the holding enchantment for the duration to last longer.

Configuration is easily possible directly from in-game using the mod menu (requires Mod Menu by Prospector to be installed on Fabric) by installing either Configured or Configured (Fabric) by MrCrayfish.
When it comes to manual configuration all files are found at .minecraft/config, named as MOD_ID-client.toml, MOD_ID-common.toml, or MOD_ID-server.toml depending on the type of config. Not all types might exist for this mod if any.
Note that on older mod versions server configuration files are found at .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/serverconfigs, effecticely meaning they must be configured separately for each individual world.

How to Install
Download Forge & Java
Download Forge from the offical Site or here. If you dont have Java installed then install it now from here. After Downloading Forge you can run the file with Java.
Prepare
Lounch Minecraft and select your Forge istallation as Version this will create a Folder called Mods.
Add Mods
Type Win+R and type %appdata% and open the .minecraft Folder. There will you find your Folder called Mods. Place all Mods you want to play in this Folder
Enjoy
You are now Ready. Re-start your Game and start Playing.
