Mob Crates

Description

This mod adds craft-able Mob Crates. When right-clicked, these crates expand into a large 4 X 4 big crate, holding the mobs of your selection! This mod is helpful when getting mobs into places that are far away or places that you can't take mobs to, such as modded dimensions. You no longer have to build complicated and lengthy minecart tracks to move villagers to your base. With this mod, it is much easier to gather mobs to make farms.

To make a Mob Crate, start by crafting some Crate Wood. This can be crafted by surrounding 1 end stone with 8 planks in a crafting table. You will then use this crate wood to craft Reinforced Crate Wood with iron. From here, you can start making mob crates. The mod's recipes are shown below. JEI is helpful for seeing these recipes in game. Crate Wood also makes for a great decoration block.

This mod currently contains 15 Mob Crates. They are the Bee Crate, Chicken Crate, Cow Crate, Llama Crate, Parrot Crate, Pig Crate, Rabbit Crate, Sheep Crate, Turtle Crate & Villager Crate. The pet update adds the Cat Crate, Fish Crate, Fox Crate & Mooshroom Crate. This mod was made to be used in modpacks, and can be used anywhere.
