The server-side mod watches all online players and pops up notifications when specific blocks are mined.
The notification can contain the player's name & UUID, the block's name & location.
It may help to find potential X-ray cheaters on your server.
Check .minecraft/config/miner_watcher-common.toml for language switching and other configurations.
Check modfile.jar/data/minecraft/tags/blocks/xxx.json for specific blocks' definitions in each event.
Attention:
You DEFINITELY CAN add the mod to your modpack;
Fabric port would probably be developed by another person;
I encourage you to ask for any ports for Forge 1.7.10~1.16.5.
