Description

MineFantasy Combat System (Standalone)

This mod is designed to improve on combat in minecraft by allowing tactical positioning and stances to yield benefits. This uses the Guardian system and follows a set of stances for different weapon types.

FEATURES

Combat mode (press "R" to toggle)

Combat mode enables all the features of the mod

Stamina

Green bar on the corner of the screen. attacking and using abilities consumes stamina.

Defensive stance (Sneak in CM)

Defensive stances improve protective capabilities in different ways

Dodge (jump in CM)

jumping in combat mode allows leaping to the sides or backwards)

Parry

Most weapons, tools and even bows can parry attacks, reducing damage recieved and consuming stamina

WEAPON TYPES

Single-hand

Most weapons, tools and even a bow adopt this stance, in combat mode the weapon is held forward and automatically parries frontward attacks

*While in defensive stance, parrying can improve, and you can leap past enemies when jumping while parrying.

Heavy

Not useable in vanilla, but if a weapon is classed as heavy, it works slightly different.

Shield

When a shield is equipped, it will provide more protection in a defensive stance

WEAPON API

The weapon api is included which allows access to the tactical and weapon based methods.
