Description
More biomes is a mod that, as it's imaginatively named, adds more biomes to Minecraft. (Recommended to play with JEI)
Biomes isn't all it adds, no one would care about it if that was all it did... So I added some additional things that most biome mods do not add. This mod is basically Quark crossed with Mo' Biomes in 1 mod. Albeit done in my own way...
Firstly lets discuss biomes, skip over this if you want to discover them yourself.
The Forbidden Forest: A forest shrouded in mystery and darkness.
Forbidden Barrens: A gloomy dead land emitting an aura of deep history and fear.
Stellar Beach: A warm sandy land welcoming you with bright colors!
Deepslore Beach: A gloomy gothic beach with little life to its name.
Deepslore Jungle: A beautiful luxurious jungle with cold colors...
Deepslore Plains(Forest): A forested location found in the coldest of locations. Its dark colors feel almost bright in a winter landscape.
Stellar Forest: Compared to the bright pinks of the Dunes, a stellar forest is quite a controversial sight. Atleast the trees are mystical.
Soran Forest: Compared to the happy and brightness of a new land, this is the last place you'd want to find yourself.
Soran Mountains: With good times come not-so-good times. More specifically the Soran mountains, a hilly snowy landscape riddled with silence.
Unus Fields(Hills/Mountains): A bright green landscape sure to ripen your sight with joys.
Unus Forest: Compared to the beauty of our Unus Fields. The forest despite being rarer is very bittersweet.
Unus Deadzone: A Unus Forest or Field drained of its life. Leaving nothing but dried, crusty clay.
Forbidden Desert: A land thriving with the spirits of ancient beings. Its dusty skies hitting you in the face.
Stellar Hills: With a land of blue on your side, you'll never trouble yourself the color. The hills despite being very similar to the Forest are more dynamic for your building interests.
--== That ends it for the above-ground biomes! But it wouldn't be a true biome mod without some cave biomes too! ==-
Harriot Caves: A simplistic, warm cave for your likening. Assuming you like caves that is.
Rubic Caves: Some caves shine more than ones, that is very-much-so for the Rubic caves. Home of the Ruby ore.
Harriot Sandcaves: The rarest of our caves. We welcome the Harriot Sandcaves, home of the Creeplets.
And that's all for the Biomes! And with more coming in the near future. There's plenty to embrace!
With 156+ Blocks, 58+ Items, and 25+ Mobs you'll find yourself vastly entertained.
I'll be showcasing such things, skip if you want to learn it yourself.
There's some complex mechanics in the mod. But knowing the Curseforge community, you'll all figure it out.
Enjoy the mod!
--== New features as of 2.0.0+ ==--
I really worked hard this time, all-nighters just to bring you all some more incredible content for the Second edition/version of the mod. Plenty of old bugs fixed too.
Some of the new Blocks:
Enjoy the update guys! :) I added some new biomes, items, armors, weapons and even a new Boss.
