User ViltordX pointed out to me that I should reduce spawning rates for marble and add a nether marble, and I agreed; so I now release to you version 1.1:
-Carrara marble spawn rates have been reduced: Veins are 2/3 the previous size, and occur 1/2 as often
-Specialty marble spawn rates have been reduced: Veins are 1/2 the previous size, and occur 2/3 as often
-Red Calacatta marble was added to the nether: See images for pictures. Iron pickaxe or above required, found in "Nether Wastes, Crimson Forest, and Warped Forest biomes" between Y0 and Y128

Update 1.2 now released. Black Carrara marble design details did not stand out enough in black, so they've been changed to a more desirable gray tone. Happy better building.

I have taken a dive deeper into another project that I have named the Marbellous mod, and yes it is a pun that is exactly what it sounds. Marvelous Marbles. There are currently 14 marbles, more could be added in the future as well as more styles could be added for chiseling/design if they are asked for/voted for. These marbles are not in short supply in the world, as they make up about 1/6 of the surface's underground now with one in the nether. You will find them similarly to andesite, granite, and diorite, but often times in smaller amounts. Every marble above Y0 (Carrara styles) are minable with any pickaxe, even wooden. However, the specialty marbles found under Y0 in Deepslate/Tuff need at minimum Iron pickaxes like most ores at that point. The only exception to that is Obsidite, which is a Obsidian like marble, that requires diamond or higher pickaxes. It is, however, fast to mine if the correct tool is used unlike actual obsidian that takes 9 years to break. 

Update 1.3 now released. Each marble has now been given a new style that can be crafted/stonecut called "Rough Polished". Keep on building and designing, friends!

So as mentioned above I added a new version for all marbles in the game currently known as "Rough Polished". Rough Polished has become a midpoint between regular and polished, so to craft regular polished you must first craft regular into rough polish and then rough polish into polished. You can, however, skip this by using the stonecutter to cut straight from regular to polished. That being said you can also stonecut rough polish into full polish. I hope that this helps you in building and adds a bit more variety. I pay attention to detail and sometimes that small difference is what makes... well, the difference! Enjoy. I have a big update planned which will be released as 2.0 but that will take some time. We are almost to 1,000 downloads, so let's get it!

For reference:

Carrara, Gold Carrara, Blue Carrara, Rose Carrara, and Black Carrara are all found above Y0 and only require a wooden pickaxe. 

Amethite, Cappucine, Dark Serpentine, Emperador, Galactite, Obsidite, Sodaline, and Tertrum are all found below Y0 and require Iron pickaxe or higher; except Obsidite which requires at least diamond.

I have other projects on Curseforge, all of them being other minecraft mods and will be compatible to each other. The only exception to compatibility right now is "Spankster's Mod" because it adds in a few marbles which I have yet to remove (This is meant to replace it and enhance it). Thank you
