This server plugin is for Paper ONLY, this plugin fixed the problem of the timeout erro seen in a lot of server and eaven the server list, I made this plugim beacuse my server was giving a lot of timeout erros and I didn't like it so i fixed it on my self so I want other poeple that have the same problem to werrie about this problem.
This plugin removes the very long logging waiting times and the agnoing timeout erro form apering frequesntly by making the server startup go faster then normaly by redusing the amount of reasourses that are normaly unsed.
