Description

Leinad's Currency is a mod which adds a simple currency system.

I have always wanted a mod which adds a currency system for a map I am creating, but none of the others did what I was looking for, so I made one myself :P

As of version 1.2, the following features are included:

  • Coins:
  • 1
  • 2
  • 5
  • 10
  • 20
  • 25
  • 50
  • 1
  • 2

Notes:

  • 1
  • 2
  • 5
  • 10
  • 20
  • 50
  • 100

Other:

  • Option to change currency type ($, £ and € currently, more soon)(Change in config)
  • Recipes for coins & notes

Note - if updating, please delete old lines in the config file.

Planned for future versions:

  • More currency types
  • A bank block/multiblock/building
  • Storage for money (wallet, debit card)
  • An ATM block
  • Full multiplayer support
  • 1.10/1.11 support

Any other suggestions please feel free to leave a comment!

Also leave a comment if you want a currency type adding!

Bugs:

I am new fairly new to modding, so chances are there will be bugs. You can post a comment here (preferably link to a website such as Pastebin to put the crash report on) or PM me.

Permissions:

As I said, I originally created this for personal use but decided to release it for others to use.

Of course you can use this in your modpack, I would appreciate if you could link back to this page, however :)

You can also use this mod on your server, although at the moment little support can be given as I have no experience with servers, but I will try to add full support in the future.

Do not redistribute this mod itself or in modpacks through mirrors or other websites where you get "paid for clicks" (e.g Adfly).

I will work on this mod and others in the future purely for learning programming and Minecraft modding. There's probably other mods that do the same as mine but better, but I will release these mods anyway for those interested.

This is the first mod I have ever publicly released, so please let me know of any suggestions or anything I am doing wrong :)

Of course this is completely free for you to use, but as a student, any donations are massively appreciated (although only give if you are feeling very generous, I know this isn't a big mod :P)

Also, if there are any generous artists out there, I would massively appreciate anybody willing to create a better logo or textures for me! Message me if you would like to.
