Why waste coal or other things to smelt items when you can just use lava? That is the reason why the Lava Furnace mod exists!

Introducing a new furnace that works with hot fluids with the following features:

• Smelts items 4 times faster than a regular furnace
• Using hotter fluids than lava smelts items faster
• The number of items smelted depends on their cook time. For example, one bucket of lava can smelt up to 25 gold ores.
