Lightweight plugin that allows a server operator to control when and if dangerous mobs spawn. Also includes functionality to control creeper explosions. Has multiworld support.
Features
Ability to block mobs from spawning during daytime/nighttime
Ability to cause mobs to instantly die when they come in contact with the sun
Ability to completly disable creeper block and player damage during the daytime/nighttime

Commands
/imr - Displays plugin version information
/imr reload - Reloads the configuration file
Permissions
imr.admin - Standard permission for admins, gives access to /imr reload (defaults to op)
Installation
Download latest .jar file
Shut down your server
Place the .jar into your servers "/plugins" folder
