InfoPeek – HandyHelper
Instantly see what you’re looking at, and which tool or item you need—no clicks required.
What It Does
- HUD Overlay: Shows an icon and name of whatever you’re pointing at—blocks, items, or mobs—in the top-left corner.
- Smart Tool Suggestion: For blocks, displays the lowest-tier tool you need to harvest it (wooden, stone, iron, diamond, etc.).
- Mob “Harvest” Item: For cows and sheep, shows a bucket or shears so you know exactly what to use. Other mobs simply show their name.
- Proximity Filter: Ignores targets closer than 0.5 blocks to keep your view uncluttered.

Installation

Place InfoPeek-0.1.0.jar into your Fabric mods/ folder (Minecraft 1.21.5).
