Breaks Vanilla Enchantment Restrictions - Allows the combination of Infinity and Mending enchantments on bows, which are normally incompatible in vanilla Minecraft.

• Combine bows with Infinity + enchanted books with Mending
• Combine two bows (one with each enchantment)
• Standard experience cost applies (~35 levels)
