Permissions:

- globalchat.chat- Gives you the Permission to use the /chat Command

- globalchat.chat.bypass - Gives you the Permission to write in the Chat when the GlobalChat is disabled

- globalchat.* - Gives you all Permissions for the GlobalChat Plugin!

Commands:

- /chat - With that command can you disable and enable the globalchat
