Description

Welcome to Gladius
Gladius is a mod which seeks to improve Minecraft's combat experience. In 1.9.4+ the mod features:
- Parrying (Attacking at the same time as your enemy prevents half damage from both you and your attacker)
- If you are sneaking while blocking with a shield, and you are hit by an attacker, you will be knocked back approximately 2 - 3 blocks. This allows you to use the force of their blow to get out of the way.
- Attacking with a sword AND Parrying both have unique sounds.
In the future there are STILL (1.11 woot) plans to add features such as adding new attacks to the Vanilla swords, more ways to protect yourself, combo attacks, movement improvements, and more.
As of 6/11/2017 versions before Minecraft 1.12 are no longer supported. All new features and bug fixes will come to 1.12 only.
Mod License / Modpack Permissions
