Garum is a very simple mod I made for my boyfriend that simply just adds Garum, a Fermented Fish Sauce favored in Rome.
Simply take Sand, Leaves, and a bucket to make some rough salt.
And then add five salt, any fish, two of any flowers, and a clay pot in a crafting table.
Then bake it.
You can consume it like this, but you can also transfer it into bottles by combining it with six bottles.
If you just eat it out of the pot you will regain your pot, but if you bottle it the pot is lost.
Additional Garum Recipes:
Steak Cubes - Add Garum to a Steak and you receive Eight Cubes of Garum-soaked Steak.
Fetta Salad - Add Leaves, A Bucket of Milk, A Carrot, and Garum to a table with a bowl.
Lamb Roast - Add Garum to Cooked Mutton and then put it in the Oven.
Wolkskuchen - Using Earthenwear, add three potatos, two steaks, two garum, and milk together and then cook.
Pile of Snow - Just crush up a snowball on a crafting table... I... I don't know why you'd want this, but yeah.
Useful Addition:
Green Screen Block - Take pictures of your Garum and Green screen it nicely. Simply add Lime Dye to Lime Concrete... This seems weird but I needed it to make the Icon so I decided to keep it in.
Wolf Queen's Heart - A gem of Emeralds and Magic, this powerful item holds mysterious power to heal the user. create the shape of a heart in the crafting table with a golden apple at the core.
Border Collie Plushie - A soft border collie plushie, so loyal and huggable, just use four black wool, two white wool, and a pink wool in a canine shape.
Wolf Plushie - Similar to the Collie Plushie, this fluffy canine will accompany you on your adventures, made with four white wool, one lime wool, and one pink wool.
Arr_V Plushie - A third plushie variant modeled after the new Arrhythmia_V mob, made with four black wool, two cyan wool, and one red wool.
Arrhythmia_V mob - A new fox-like creature based on someone I know of the same name. Can be tamed with ender pears, eyes of ender, Queen Wolf Hearts, and Plush Wolfs. Also can be picked up by sneaking and right clicking on them. Just don't feed them eggs!
Lightning Bolt - A powerful thrown item that is crafted with three greecian souls in diagonal.
Toga Top & Bottom - a classy new piece of armor that is crafted with greecian souls in a similar manner to other pieces of armor.
Greecian Soul - A new resource that drops from the hostile Garumbrine mob.
Reusable filter - With a stick in four corners, string on four sides, and sand in the center, you may craft a reusable filter to make mass processing of Rough Salt easier.
Earthenwear - A proper dish to make Garum in, this is made with five bricks like one would shape a boat and is far more reusable than just a pot.
Block of Amy - A Very Strange Block to keep you company at home. Also sounds funny.
Post Statement: If the devs behind Pam's Harvest Craft see this I have the request to add Garum to your mod as well, if you want. Probably would be -way- better implemented in Pam's than the basic implementation I have done here.
