Currently adds scythes for harvesting crops, 12 new foods including new naturally spawning truffles, Glow torch that can be used underwater, new mob drops and potion crafts, new potion effects and tweaks to food saturation and hunger values, item stack sizes, mob drops, leave drops and some crafting recipes.
