This is a complete remake of the original Fish Traps mod by ktboogey. I played with the original mod for a long time and really loved it, so I decided to make this faithful recreation specifically for NeoForge 1.21.1.
I didn't just rebuild it, I also added some extra polish and improvements that weren't there before. I'll let you discover those changes while you're playing, so go ahead and craft some traps to see how they work now.
The mod is 100% configurable. You can change the balance and settings directly from the mod menu in-game.
If you're running a server, the configuration file is created inside the config folder and is named fishtraps_reborn-common.toml.
If you have JEI installed, you can see all the recipes and information for the traps and the bait directly in your inventory. It makes everything a lot easier to manage but it is totally optional.
I also made sure it is accessible to everyone, so it's fully translated into 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, and Chinese.
