Description

Welcome to the Final Fantasy XII Mod! Be sure to check in all files for alpha builds, this will allow you to play with upcoming features of the mod, though there will be bugs!
CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED MOD MAKER TO HELP WITH THIS PROJECT!
Shoot me a message if you are interested!
CURRENT FEATURES:
AS OF UPDATED 0.10,5 - THIS MOD HAS A MOB THAT CAN BREAK REDSTONE DUST. DO NOT OPEN A WORLD WITH ANY REDSTONE CONTRAPTIONS YOU DO NOT WANT BROKEN!
Will there a config for this? - Probably not unless someone shows me how to make it~ this mod is based on FFXII, and the Battery Mimic mob eats electricity - redstone is the closest thing.
THIS IS A FORGE MOD - I do not know why it keeps popping up in the fabric section!
Biomes o' plenty support for mob spawns as of update 0.5.3! (Configurable)
Cactoid Variants - desert/badlands biomes

Cactoids are pretty funny little mobs that like to wobble around the desert biomes of Minecraft!
They drop cactus, sticks, and Flowering Cactoids temporarily drop orange tulips.
Cactites!
A very simple starter mob to get a feel of the mod, nothing too special.
Cactoids!
These little guys seem to be sprouting some smaller cactus on their heads! The same as the other Cactoids, very simple mobs.
Flowering Cactoids!
pretty basic at the moment but future things are planned for this little guy!
Sleipnir Variants
Sleipnir were once used for war, though due to the lack of true wars, they were released and have forgotten their tame ways.
Tamable, Mountable tanks! Used for battle, or as a tool to clear out some leaves in your path!
Tamable with Rabbit Feet.
Breedable with any meat, as long as they have full hp.
Healable with any meat.
They can be used as a very tough mount.
They can break leaves as they move.
Many different textures for collectability!
Sleipnir!

Sleipnir being the most common variant, you will find these in plains and savannah biomes.
Leynir!

Pretty hard to find in your Dark Forest biomes!
Mesmenir!

Mesmenir can be found fairly commonly in your Flower Forest and Sunflower Plains biomes.
Shadonir!

Shadonir are fairly common on snowy biomes that do not include tops of regular mountains.
UPCOMING PLANS:
We already have plenty of models and animations created, and plan to take advantage of gecko lib to help out the process in the future.
We have a lot of ideas especially with the 1.17/1.18 Caves and Cliffs updates!
Hope to bring a Magick system like in the Final Fantasy game itself, though this could prove to be quite difficult.
Plans to create a "Marks/Elite Marks Guide Book" to simulate the bounty boards in Final Fantasy XII.
Keep in mind this is a very work in progress mod and could take some time between official/beta updates, though I would check in for Alpha releases time to time if you are interested!
Known issues:
Some mobs conflict with the Performant mod, such as the Worgen and Rouge Tomato being the main ones.
Some servers, though it does not seem to be all servers, have reported a lot of tick related lag. This is is very possible as a lot of the mobs special attacks are tick reliant.
Link to the mod DISCORD where you can find much more mob information!

Gotta support!
THIS IS A FAN MADE MOD - All ownership of content belong to Square Enix and the Final Fantasy franchise. I take ownership of creating this idea/mod, however it is all based on their work.
This includes some music and sounds as well!
