Faction Death
Changes Player Deaths vs Other Players Mechanics.
If killed by another player, The victim will only drop 10% of their items and respawn with the rest still in their inventory.
If the DAT Factions mod is also installed, will make faction members and allys loot drops vanilla to fix any abusing of the new system.
