Right now there is not too much, but as times go on there will be more and more ores added meaning more equipment!
I RECOMMEND USING JEI (Just Enough Items) IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE FINDING RECIPES.
Anything before 1.16.5 will not be worked on anymore.
Feel free to leave anything that you may want in the comments such as a new ore, mobs, equipment and more!

-- Azshurite - As stated before Azshurite will be the main ore you try to obtain in the mod. (Azshurite Ore acts like a bookshelf to an enchantment table, but better.)

How to Install
Download Forge & Java
Download Forge from the offical Site or here. If you dont have Java installed then install it now from here. After Downloading Forge you can run the file with Java.
Prepare
Lounch Minecraft and select your Forge istallation as Version this will create a Folder called Mods.
Add Mods
Type Win+R and type %appdata% and open the .minecraft Folder. There will you find your Folder called Mods. Place all Mods you want to play in this Folder
Enjoy
You are now Ready. Re-start your Game and start Playing.
