Description
Snorkel Mod
This mod adds a snorkel which will allow you to breath underwater when your head has a block of air above it.
When standing in water you can be submerged in 2 layers of water because your head is still one block below the air, but while swimming you must be in the top layer to get air.
Also, your air will not go up to max instantly and will now increase as it would out of water without a snorkel on.

How to Install
Download Forge & Java
Download Forge from the offical Site or here. If you dont have Java installed then install it now from here. After Downloading Forge you can run the file with Java.
Prepare
Lounch Minecraft and select your Forge istallation as Version this will create a Folder called Mods.
Add Mods
Type Win+R and type %appdata% and open the .minecraft Folder. There will you find your Folder called Mods. Place all Mods you want to play in this Folder
Enjoy
You are now Ready. Re-start your Game and start Playing.
