EnderpearlDisable

With this easy plugin, you can disable Ender Pearls, I added Permissions support, so you can choose who can who can not use enderpearls. If someone hasn't got permission for using an EnderPearl, he will get a message. You can configurate the message vere easily, or even choose for no message.
